On Thursday, July 9, the University of Missouri Extension Master Gardeners of Greater Kansas City will sponsor a “Gardener’s Gathering” from 6 to 8 pm at the Anita B. Gorman Discovery Center, 4750 Troost.
Duane Hoover, Horticulturalist for Kauffman Memorial Gardens, will speak on Topiary, Hedges, and Extraordinary Pruning. Program is free and open to the public. Door prizes will be given away. For more information, call 816 252-5051
