This new introduction is growing at the K-State Research Horticulture Center in west Olathe. Visitors to the Field Day a couple of weeks ago got a first hand look at this plant growing under Kansas City conditions. It looked great and as the article mentioned, it was covered with white blooms about 6 inches high. Dr. Alan Stevens, K-State Research and Extension reports this plant will be featured this winter and next spring in all the gardening magazines.
It is the new "I got to have it" plant for 2010.
