Good Flowers
You ask a very complex question that has so many answers. Do you want annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs? Only annuals will flower all season long. The others will flower for a couple weeks.
Since you are from Wichita I would recommend that you visit the Sedgwick County Extension office. They will lots of facts and information on recommended plants. Enjoy planning your garden.
