My Water Hyacinths are doing so well in my outdoor garden. I hate to have to throw them out for the winter. They are so expensive. Is there a way to keep them over the winter inside?

Over Wintering Water Hyacinth
They are a very high light plant and that may make it difficult. I would recommend that you get a five gallon bucket and place some the bucket with of course water. They may need some very good light to stay alive. You have nothing to lose by giving them a try. If you had a sun room that would be probably work even better. The water does not have to be that deep. Give it a try. Maybe other readers have some ideas.
